Rustic Italian dinnerware is my favourite way to serve anything except the most formal of dinners. The colours are vibrant, the designs are rustic and the ceramics are chunky. Just the way I like it.
Please, don’t get me wrong. There’s nothing better than delicate fine china to sip a cup of tea from; but for a great, fun, happy dinner party, give me Italian dinnerware above fine china any day of the week.
The best place I have found to buy Italian dinnerware in Australia is Corso De Fiori in Brisbane. They have a website, although working your way through the maze of it can be a challenge. Nevertheless, their range is truly stunning, authentic and looks fabulous on any dinner table, any season. Here are some of my favourite styles:
