In creating this 70’s rolled fondant cake, baker Rosemary Galpin says she was influenced by a recently purchased piece of fabric that “was the same print I used to sew my first dress in 1972!” Serve this whimsical confection at a backyard wedding, a birthday bash (for someone born or groovin’ in the 70’s) or a funky anniversary.
